Our standard shipping option ensures your order will be processed in 3-5 business days from date of purchase excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times provided are estimates and actual delivery dates may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or carrier delays. We recommended tracking your shipment for real time updates.

Items that are backordered may require an extended shipping time. Our current estimate for backordered items is an additional 4 to 6 business days. Upon shipment, you will receive an email notification.

Are candles safe to use?

While generally safe, candles should be used responsibly. Proper ventilation, keeping them away from flammable materials, and never leaving them unattended are crucial safety precautions.

How long should I burn a candle?

A general guideline is to burn for no more than 4 hours at a time to prevent overheating and ensure optimal performance.

What kind wax and oils do we use?

We use 100% US grown natural soy wax. We use fragrance oils, many of which are infused with essential oils. Some of our drink themed candles contain gel wax, which is a blend of mineral oil and polymer resin.

Should I trim my candle wick?

Trimming a candle wick is essential for a safe, even, and long-lasting burn. Trimming the wick to the recommended length (typically 1/4 inch) prevents excessive soot, smoking, and uneven melting of the wax, ensuring a cleaner burn and maximizing the candles lifespan.
